Filet of Sole and Salmon

6 slices Fillet of Sole
1 slice Salmon Fillet, cut into 6 pieces
2 cans tomato soup
4 Tbsp. sour cream
Minced parsley
Salt and pepper

Place piece of Salmon on Fillet of Sole and roll. Salmon will be inside. Secure with toothpicks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix soup and sour cream. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Serve with new potatoes and string beans.
