Catfish Parmesan

2/3 c Parmesan cheese; Grated
1/4 c All-purpose flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Ground black pepper
1 ts Paprika
1/4 c Milk
5 Catfish fillets; About 2 pounds (up to 6)
1 Egg; Beaten
1/4 c Butter; Melted


Combine the Parmesan cheese, flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a medium sized bowl.

Combine the egg and milk in separate bowl, stirring well.

Dip fillets in egg mixture then dredge in flour mixture.

Arrange coated fillets in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x2-inch baking dish.

Drizzle fillets with melted butter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
