Baked Fish (Greek Style)

1 lb. Haddock
1/2 lemon
1 large onion, chopped
8 oz. can tomatoes or small can tomato sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chopped parsley or spearmint
2 cloves garlic
Pepper to taste (salt, if you use it)
1 cup water

Marinate fish in lemon juice. Mix onions, tomatoes, water, oil, parsley, garlic, pepper, and salt. Lay fish in 9 x 13 inch pan and put sauce over it. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
