Favorite Fish

1 lb. Haddock Fillets
2 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. butter, melted


Place Fillets in a shallow pan. Sprinkle lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Spread bread crumbs over fish, evenly, then drizzle with melted butter. Top with Swiss cheese; divide as needed. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily and is no longer translucent.
