Tuna and Sweet Pea Salad
2 cans (7 oz. each) water-packed white Tuna 1 1/2 cups fresh raw peas (or 10 oz. package green peas, defrosted) 1/2 small red onion, sliced into rings 6 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise 6 Tbsp. low-fat lemon yogurt 2 Tbsp. minced fresh (or 2 tsp. dried) mint leaves Fresh parsley sprigs Drain and flake Tuna into a serving bowl.
