Japanese Grilled Marinated Swordfish

1/2 cup sesame oil
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup mirin (sweet cooking sake)
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger
3 Tbsp. crushed red pepper flakes
4 (1-inch thick) Swordfish Steaks, about 8 oz. each
Vegetable oil


Marinade the fish Steaks for at least 1/2 hour. Remove from marinade and lightly dip them in the vegetable oil. Set the Steaks on the grill and cook them 5-7 minutes on each side. Brush with the marinade and serve.
