Parmesan Baked Red Snapper

3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. red Snapper Fillets, thawed
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Combine flour, cornmeal and seasonings. Melt butter in shallow baking dish. Dredge Snapper in flour mixture. Place Snapper in baking dish, turning to cover with butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 450 F for 8 to 10 minutes, or until Snapper is flaky.

Makes 4 servings
