Colorful Fillets

1 lb. Haddock Fillets, cut into serving pieces
3 green onions, sliced
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 cup tomato, chopped
1/8 tsp. basil
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper


Arrange Fillets in 8"x8"x2" glass baking dish. Top with vegetables. Sprinkle with seasonings. Cover with plastic wrap.


Cook in Radarange oven, covered on Full Power for 3 to 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
