Microwaved Fish Fillets

3 red Snapper Fillets (approx. 12 oz.)
1/2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. white wine
Dash black pepper

Place Fillets in Pyrex dish. Place 1/3 of the ginger, green onions, soy sauce, lemon juice, wine and pepper on each fillet.

Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes. Fish should flake readily when poked with a fork.
