Tuna Chip Casserole

1 envelope onion-mushroom soup mix
3 Tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp. diced pimento
3 cups cooked egg noodles
1 can Tuna, drained & flaked
Potato chips or bread crumbs

In medium saucepan, mix soup mix with flour. Blend in milk. Heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Add pimento. In greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine sauce, noodles and Tuna. Top with chips or crumbs. Bake 25 minutes.
