1 (14 oz.) can Salmon (or Tuna)
1 egg
1/2 cup sifted flour
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
Drain Salmon; reserve 1/4 cup liquid. In mixing bowl, add Salmon (flaked). Add egg; mix with fork. Add flour, onion, pepper, 1/4 cup liquid, and baking powder together. Beat until it equals 3/4 cup (will be thin). Then add to fish mixture. Fry in hot oil; drop by spoon. Cook until brown.
