Haddock Supreme

2 lbs. Haddock Fillets
1 can Campbell's cream of Shrimp soup
10-12 Ritz crackers
1 medium sized onion
2 Tbsp. margarine

Place Haddock Fillets in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Pour soup over Fillets. In a separate bowl, crush crackers into fine crumbs; set aside. Melt margarine in skillet; add onion and saute until tender; add to cracker crumbs and mix well.

Spread cracker mixture over soup layer. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
