Parmesan Fish Fillets

1 lb. Orange Roughy or Flounder Fillets
Vegetable cooking spray
1 (8 oz.) carton plain non-fat yogurt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt


Arrange Fillets in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan coated with vegetable spray. Combine remaining ingredients. Spread mixture evenly over Fillets. Bake at 375 F for 12-15 minutes.
