Fillet of Sole In White Wine

2 lbs. Fillet of Sole
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 bay leaves, crushed
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Grease 2 quart shallow casserole with cover. Wipe with a clean, damp cloth and place Sole in casserole. Mix other ingredients and pour over fish. Cover casserole and bake at 375 F for 25 minutes, or until fish flakes when gently pierced with a fork.

Serves 6
