Light and Lemony Fish

2 lb. fresh or frozen Sole, Halibut or other firm White Fish
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup lemon juice
4 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt

Arrange fish Fillets in single layer. Combine ingredients. Pour over fish. Bake at 425 F for 15 minutes. Baste occasionally. Remove fish and garnish with green onions.

Makes 4-6 servings
