Fish Fillets With Lemon almond Butter

1 lb. frozen Flounder or Sole Fillets
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Melt 1 1/2 tablespoons butter in a 10 inch nonstick skillet. Add the frozen Fillets, saute 3 minutes on each side. Remove to a warmed platter. Add remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons butter and almonds. Cook until golden brown. Add lemon juice. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Serves 3
