Fried Squid and Scallops
8 to 10 fresh or frozen Squid
20 (or more) Scallops
3/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, squeezed
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper
Clean Squid and cut into 1-inch pieces. Clean Scallops and slice in half. Heat olive oil in skillet. Add Squid and Scallops. Season with garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper, and stir as they cooking for several minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice, stir mixture well.
Serves 6 to 8
