Steamed Fish

2 lbs. Flounder
3 scallions, chopped
5 to 6 water chestnuts, sliced

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
A pinch of salt
2 minced cloves of garlic
2 chopped scallions

Place fish pieces in top portion of steamer. Steam for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. When ready, place fish on a platter. Combine ingredients for sauce in a saucepan. Boil for 2 minutes. Pour over fish and serve over rice.
