Fish Fillets Sauterne

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup Regina cooking sauterne
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 lb. White Fish Fillets (Sole, Flounder, Haddock)

Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in sauterne, pepper and parsley. Place fish in pan. Spoon sauce over fish. Simmer, covered, 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove fish to warm platter. Boil sauce until slightly thickened. Spoon sauce over fish.

Serves 6
