Fish Casserole

2 lbs. Haddock, Cod, or Scallops
1 can cream of Shrimp soup
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 package Townhouse crackers, crushed
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Cut up fish or Scallops. Place in a small casserole dish and cover with soup. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with cheese. Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs. Return to oven and bake another 5-10 minutes, until lightly browned.

Serves 5
