Snappy Snapper

4 medium sized portions filleted red Snapper
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 lemon - halved
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 cup flour
Parsley flakes


Wash Snapper and pat dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle seasoning salt on each piece. Dust each side lightly with flour. Pan fry Snapper in oil approximately 3 to 5 minutes over medium flame, until lightly brown. Remove Snapper from pan, let drain. Squeeze lemon over Snapper and serve.


Makes 4 servings
