Baked Fish

6-8 Trout or White Fish Fillets
Parmesan cheese
Soft bread crumbs (3-4 slices grated bread)
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
Shallow baking dish


Butter baking dish; place fish Fillets in dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top of fish, partially covering them. Cook finely chopped onion in butter and mix with bread crumbs. Sprinkle crumb mixture over Fillets. Bake at 450 F for 15-30 minutes until tender.
