Baked Snapper

Snapper
Onions
Green Pepper
Tomatoes
Lemon slices
Butter


Line baking dish with foil with enough extra to cover entire dish.


Use enough Snapper per person, season to taste with salt, pepper, and garlic; cover. Place on each: onion slices, green pepper rings, mushrooms, tomatoes, and lemon slices. Also squeeze lemon juice over fish.


Dot each with butter. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350 F. Uncover last 15 minutes.
