Seafood Fiesta

1/3 lb. Flounder
1/3 lb. Scallops
1/3 lb. Shrimp
1/3 tsp. white pepper
1 large tomato, diced
1 onion, diced
1 lime
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 cup white wine


Preheat oven to 375 F. In an ungreased 8 x 8 x 2 inch cooking dish place seafood. Sprinkle with white pepper. Top with diced tomato and onion. Add wine. Squeeze fresh lime on top and add oil. Sprinkle with parsley. Cover and bake 15-20 minutes.
