Fish with Cumin Paste

1 1/2 lb Snapper or - other fish of your choice
2 tb Ground cumin
2 tb Olive oil
1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Crushed red pepper
1/2 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Salt
3 Garlic cloves; cut in halves
3 tb Snipped fresh cilantro
4 Lemon wedges


Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut fish into serving-size pieces and place in an ungreased oblong baking dish in a single layer.

Place remaining ingredients except cilantro in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend or process until mixture is smooth. Spread evenly over fish. Cook, uncovered, until fish flakes easily with a fork, 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and top each with a lemon wedge.
