Mediterranean Style Fish

2 tb Lo-cal Italian salad dressing
1 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
1 tb Fine dry bread crumbs
Small Tomato, sliced
2 4-5 oz fresh or frozen Halibut or other fish steaks, cut 3/4" thick

Thaw fish, if frozen. Spray the unheated rack of a broiler pan with Pam. Arrange fish on rack. Brush the tops of each fish steak with 1/4 of the Italian salad dressing. Broil fish 4" from the heat for 6-8 minutes or till fish flakes easily. Meanwhile, stir together bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Arrange tomato slices over fish and brush with remaining salad dressing. Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture. Broil about 1 min more or till tomato is heated.
