Flounder Meuniere

12 oz. Flounder Fillets
2 tsp. flour
2 tsp. margarine
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. white wine
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
Dash of salt and pepper


Dust Flounder lightly with flour and set aside. Heat margarine in non-stick skillet, add Flounder and brown lightly on both sides. Add broth, lemon juice, and wine. Simmer about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley, salt, and pepper.
