Oven Fried Shark

2 lbs. fresh Shark Fillets
1/2 cup rich milk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. basil
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley, diced


Wipe Fillets with damp cloth. Pour milk into small mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper and basil. Stir well. Dip each fillet in seasoned milk; then in bread crumbs. Arrange in shallow baking dish; pour melted butter on fish. Bake at 350 to 375 F for 30 minutes.


Serves 6
