Fish Au Gratin

1 lb. fresh or frozen Fillet of Sole, Flounder or Haddock
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs

Brush each fillet with mayonnaise. Mix cheese and bread crumbs. Roll fish in crumb mixture; place in baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake in 375 degree oven until fish is lightly browned and flakes easily when tested with a fork (30 to 35 minutes for frozen fish, 25 minutes for thawed or fresh fish).
