Baked Trout

1 whole Trout or Bluefish, cleaned and washed (also goes well with Swordfish and Salmon)
1 package Italian Good Seasons mix, prepared


Place fish in pan and pour seasoning over it. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Place in oven at 350 F and bake 15 minutes for every inch of thickness (if fish is two inches thick, bake for 30 minutes). You may also barbecue by wrapping fish with seasonings in heavy duty aluminum foil. Very easy, very good.
