Baked Halibut

8 Fillets Halibut
1 onion, sliced thin
1 tomato, sliced thin
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/2 cup milk or white wine
1 Tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 400 F. Coat baking dish with butter and place 4 Halibut Fillets on bottom. Top with onion and tomato, then place remaining Halibut Fillets on top. Next pour milk or wine on top of Fillets, sprinkle with bread crumbs, cheese, and parsley. Bake for 30 minutes.
