Oven Fried Halibut

2 lbs. Halibut
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 cup cracker crumbs
1/4 cup butter


Beat eggs. Add milk, lemon juice and salt. Mix well. Spread crumbs in shallow pan. Dip fish into egg mixture, then into crumbs. Shake off excess crumbs and dip into egg mixture and crumbs again. Melt butter in baking dish. Arrange fish in baking dish, turning to coat both sides with butter. Bake at 375 F for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
