Hook Pattern Pike

3 lbs. Walleye Pike Fillets or any White Fish
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, fresh
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
Parsley, chopped

Wipe Pike Fillets off with clean, damp cloth; pat dry and place in lightly greased shallow baking pan. Combine sour cream, butter, cheese, lemon pepper and spread over Fillets in pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Remove fish from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Serves 5
