Quick Crunchy Flounder

2 cups corn flakes cereal
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3-4 tsp. salt free herb and spice blend
1 lb. Flounder Fillets

Crush corn flakes. Set aside. Combine mayonnaise and next 2 ingredients. Spread on both sides of Fillets and coat with crushed corn flakes.

Place Fillets on rack of a lightly greased broiler pan. Bake at 400 F for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.

Yield 3 to 4 servings.
