Baked Fillet of Flounder Almonds

2 lb. Flounder
3/4 cup butter
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2 tsp. parsley
1 1/2 cups fine bread crumbs
Paprika


Rinse Fillets and wipe dry. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Reserve 1/4 cup. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Place fish in a well-greased shallow baking pan.


Baste with reserved butter. Sprinkle Fillets with bread crumbs and paprika. Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes at 350 F.
