Fish Filets Rolled In Spinach

4 Fillets of Sole
Salt, pepper, onion flakes
Mayonnaise
White wine
Parmesan cheese
Stouffers' spinach souffle
Wine


Salt, pepper, and pat onion flakes on Fillets.


Lightly coat with mayonnaise.


Cut a square of half thawed spinach souffle in center of Fillet. Roll and secure with toothpick.


Place in baking dish.


Add 1/4 cup of wine.


Sprinkle some cheese on top. Paprika on top.


Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 F.
