Fish Treat

1 lb. Orange Roughy or Whitefish Fillets
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 cup bottled French dressing
1/2 cup buttery cracker crumbs


Wash fish; pat dry. Place melted butter in 2 quart baking pan. Place French dressing in shallow bowl. Place cracker crumbs in another shallow bowl. Dip each fillet in dressing, then roll in crumbs. Place in single layer in prepared baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 15 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes with fork. (Time will vary with thickness of fish).
