Fish Au Gratin

6 Fillets (red Snapper is great!)
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cup soft bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley


Thaw fish if frozen. Place on greased broiler rack. Brush with 2 tablespoons of the butter. Broil 4 inches from heat for 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.


Mix remaining ingredients with remaining butter; toss well. Sprinkle crumb mixture over fish. Broil 1-2 minutes longer or until golden brown.
