Dill Fish

1 1/2 lb. Fish Fillets (Flounder Sole, Turbot, etc.)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tsp. dill weed
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 350 F. Squeeze lime juice over Fillets and marinate for at least 30 minutes in refrigerator. Grease a shallow baking pan with margarine.


Place Fillets in baking dish and sprinkle with dill, garlic, salt, and pepper. Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily.


Serves 6
