Tomatoes fish Casserole

1 lb. fresh White Fish (Flounder)
20 saltine crackers, crumbled
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce


Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Place fish in casserole. Mix saltines, garlic powder, salt and margarine together and place on top of fish. Cover and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes. Uncover and pour tomato sauce over the fish. Reduce heat to 300 F and bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
