Fish Chowder

1 lb. Haddock
2 cans of cream of celery soup
1 medium to large onion
4 or 5 slices of celery chopped (optional)
1 can evaporated milk
6 medium potatoes chopped bite size or more
1/2 cup butter.

Boil chopped potatoes in with 2 cans of cream of celery with 6 cans of water. Add onions, celery when boiling. When potatoes are cooked, simmer and add fish and milk and butter.

Optional: If you want it thicker, just add a little of cornstarch and water, slowly.
