Fish Casserole Supreme

1 lb. of Sole (*see variation below)
1/2 lb. Crab Meat supreme
1/2 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp. salt and pepper
Thick White Sauce (found in any recipe book)

Mix Crab Meat, buttered crumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl. In a buttered casserole dish lay half of fish flat, place Crab Meat mixture on top, then put remaining fish on top.

Pour white sauce over fish and bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes evenly.
