Greek Marinated Fish

2 lbs. Red Snapper or Sole Fillets
1/3 cup olive oil
Flour seasoned with salt & pepper
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/2 cup white wine vinegar


Dip fish in seasoned flour, coating both sides. Heat the oil in large frying pan and fry the fish, turning to brown on both sides. Remove to a hot platter. Drain off excess oil from pan; add garlic, rosemary and vinegar. Bring to a boil and let simmer a few minutes. Pour mixture over the fish, serve hot.
