Tuna Stuffed Pitas 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chunk white Tuna
1 carrot, shredded
1 small zucchini, shredded
1 apple, diced
3 Tbsp. green onion, chopped
4 tsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. poppy seed
Drain Tuna and flake into bowl. Add shredded carrot, zucchini, diced apple, and chopped onion and mix well. Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard and poppy seed. Add to the vegetables and Tuna and toss well. Cut pita bread in half and fill.
