Tuna Stuffed Potatoes 2 large baking potatoes
1/2 cup tomato (chopped)
1 cup Swiss cheese (grated)
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 can Tuna
1/4 tsp. dill
Pinch of pepper
Pinch of salt
Bake potatoes at 425 F. for 1 hour. Cut lengthwise, scoop out, saving shell. Mash potato pulp, add Tuna, 2/3 cup cheese, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, dill, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spoon into potato shell, top with remaining mayonnaise, sprinkle on remaining cheese. Broil 5-10 minutes.
