Greek Style Flounder With Lemon Rice Stuffing

2 lb. Flounder Fillets
1/2 cup vegetable oil
5 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano

Combine all ingredients except Fillets for marinate. Place fish in a shallow dish and cover with marinate. Refrigerate 1 hour. Place fish over rice stuffing and bake uncovered at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Rice Stuffing:
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
3 cups cooked rice
1/3 cup sour cream

Cook celery and onion in oil until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Place in greased baking dish.
