Halibut Fish Salad

3 lbs. Halibut
2 onions
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chili sauce
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon

In top of double boiler, place fish, onions, dash of salt and water to cover. Cook until fish can be flaked with fork. Remove fish from liquid. Cool. Remove bones and set fish aside.

Mash eggs. Add celery, chili sauce, sour cream and mayonnaise. Add fish carefully so as not to break in small pieces. Add lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6.
