Halibut In Wine

1 lb. Halibut Steaks, seasoned with salt & pepper
1/3 cup white wine
1/2 onion, sliced
1/2 cup sliced celery
4 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dried basil, crushed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved


Marinade fish 1/2 hour in wine, turn once. Saute onion and celery in butter until tender, not brown. Stir in parsley, Worcestershire sauce and basil. Add fish and wine, cover and cook over low heat until fish is done, approximately 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook 3 or 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
