Halibut San Francisco

1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
4 Halibut Steaks (1/2 to 2 inches)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Parsley


Preheat oven to 375 F. Arrange fish in shallow baking dish. Drizzle oil from artichokes over fish. Salt and pepper. Bake 10 minutes.


Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano, onion powder; bring to boil. Add artichoke hearts and pour over fish. Bake 15 minutes or until fish is tender. Garnish with parsley.
