Hanus Bay Halibut

2 lb. Halibut cut into large cubes & placed in a baking dish
2 cans drained, marinated artichokes
2 cans drained button mushrooms


Set aside. Combine: 1/2 cup flour 3 cups milk 1/2 cup white wine 1 Tbsp. Accent 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 8 oz. Cheddar cheese 1/2 Tbsp. hot sauce


Melt butter, add flour and gradually stir in milk and wine. Add Accent, salt, hot sauce and cheese. Stir until cheese melts and sauce is thick.


Pour over fish in baking dish and bake 350 F, uncovered, for 50 minutes.
